Corvette’s have long had issues with staying cool on track even in stock trim. It isn’t uncommon to see water temps north of 230 and oil temps in the 300 range in the summer months on track. This does nothing to help the life of your engine and will quickly lead to failures.
Upgraded radiators can only do so much to help, but for many that is all the market had to offer the home mechanic working on their own car.

GSpeed has long been doing a number of upgraded cooling kits for our customers here in Texas and we have now made a kit easy enough for the DIY mechanic at home that needs help keeping their high hp Corvette alive during those 100+ degree days on track.
Over our years of testing we have consistently seen 205-230 degree oil temps using this package on cars ranging from 525 to over 600 whp! You will also see a good reduction in water temps as well since the lower oil temps will help keep the engine overall cooler, so it is a win win!
1 to 1.5 quart oil capacity increase will also aid in the drop of oil temp by having more volume to work with.
System can be done at home in approx 6-8 hrs using hand tools in your garage. Only the removal of the fog lights is required for basic install. **Those factory equipped with oil coolers, this will replace it**
We have the basic kit to include the coolers, duct work, and our own mount kit all the way to a full service kit with hoses, fittings, adapter block and fans if one desires.

GSPEED C6 Brushless Fan Conversion Kit
GSPEED’s C6 Brushless Fan Conversion Kit was engineered to achieve much higher air flow while eliminating the ever-failing OE fan control module. After developing full track cooling solutions for the C6, we now have an option for our customers who don’t run the complete laydown package. The fan is manufactured by SPAL and is the same one we install when building our GSPEED Pro Series Race Cars. Racing Trans Am demands a lot of cooling capability and this fan provides the Cubic Feet per Minute needed to keep the engine coolant temperatures down. Eliminating the factory fan control module means that there is less potential of the fan failing when you need it most. This kit is designed to work with leading brands used in the C6 platform, including GM, DeWitts and Ron Davis. The fan combined with our custom harness, powder coated brackets and stainless-steel hardware make this kit a true bolt on solution. Using the factory PWM means no additional components or programming needed. The GSPEED Brushless Fan Kit is an absolute plug and play system. If you’re not ready to take the plunge into a GSPEED C6 Laydown Cooling Kit or simply need to replace your factory fan because yet again, the fan control module has failed, this is the kit for you. The value of upgrading to the brushless fan without the OE control module far outweighs the cost and risk of staying with the OE set up.

GSpeed C6 Corvette Track Spec Cooling
GSpeed is very proud to release their first Track Spec cooling package for the C6 Corvette. In the past if you wanted to flip your radiator for added cooling and aerodynamics you were forced to loose the hood hinges, A/C, and go through a number of welding processes that the home mechanic typically didn’t have the tools to do or if it was a weekend track car, didn’t want to loose the comfort of A/C.
Now we are excited to say, you don’t have to! This kit will offer the at home racer a number of options ranging from the basics up to a full optioned kit with carbon splitter all while retaining the comfort of your A/C system!
The main heart of our kit is using a HUGE 70mm thick radiator built to our specs and high flow brushless fan to allow a major reduction in even the biggest HP road race engines. Add to that, twin port engine oil coolers and you can see the coolest of under hood temps even when on track in the heat of Texas summers.
